At CV Patriots Baseball and Softball, we believe that every young athlete should have the opportunity to learn, compete, and grow through sports regardless of their family's financial circumstances.

The Patriots Scholarship Fund was created to help ensure that registration fees, training costs, equipment expenses, and other program-related costs do not prevent a child from participating in our program.

Our goal is simple: remove financial barriers and provide opportunities for every athlete to be part of the Patriots family.

Scholarships may be awarded as either partial or full assistance depending on demonstrated financial need and available funding.

Any family participating in the CV Patriots Baseball and Softball Program may apply for financial assistance.

We understand that financial challenges can arise for many reasons, including:

• Temporary job loss
• Medical expenses
• Family emergencies
• Unexpected financial hardships
• Other circumstances that impact a family's ability to cover program costs

Families are encouraged to apply if financial assistance would allow their child to participate in Patriots programs.

All scholarship requests are handled with respect, dignity, and confidentiality.

Applications are reviewed by designated members of the CV Patriots leadership team and/or Board of Directors. Personal information will only be used to evaluate scholarship requests and will not be shared outside of the review process.

Our goal is to support families while maintaining a fair and respectful process for everyone involved.

To request scholarship assistance:

1. Complete the Patriots Scholarship Application Form.
2. Provide a brief explanation of your financial need.
3. Submit the form before any posted deadlines.
4. Applications will be reviewed confidentially.
5. Families will be notified regarding scholarship decisions as soon as possible.
