The Chippewa Valley Patriots are proud to support and recognize the men and women who serve our country and communities. As a parent-led organization with military veterans and first responders among our families and coaches, we understand and appreciate the commitment, sacrifice, and dedication required of both our uniformed personnel and their families.
As a thank you for your service, we are pleased to offer a 15% discount on CV Patriots registration fees for eligible military and first responder families.
Eligible Participants
This discount is available to families of:
- Active-Duty Military
- National Guard Members
- Military Veterans
- Law Enforcement Officers
- Firefighters
- EMS/First Responders
How to Apply

- Complete and submit the short application form.
- Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing your exclusive CV Patriots discount code.
- Use the discount code during registration to receive 15% off your player's registration fee.
Important Information
- Applications must be submitted and approved before registration is completed.
- Discount codes are valid only for the season in which they are issued.
- A limited number of discount opportunities may be available each season.
- Families may be asked to provide verification of military or first responder status.
